An analysis of energy savings, greenhouse gas emissions reductions, and payback periods of cool roofing in 8 cities representing the 7 climate zones of Mexico.  The analysis was undertaken as part of the GSEP Cool Roofs and Pavements Workshop and the final report has been approved and accepted by CONUEE, the Mexican National Commission on Energy Efficiency.
