Effective January 2010, California Building Code Title 24.  Included, at the time of publication, cool roof prescriptive requirements as follows:

• Low-sloped roofs: agedSR >0.55 and TE >0.75, or SRI >64

• Steep-sloped, weight <5 lbs/ft2: aged SR >0.20 and TE >0.75, or SRI >16

• Steep-sloped, weight >5 lbs/ft2: aged SR >0.15 and TE >0.75, or SRI >10
