Abstract / Description

A comprehensive look at heat related issues following the extreme heat wave of 2010 in Ahmedabad, one of the fastest growing Indian cities.  Cool roofs are one of their recommendations and have already been implemented on the hospital, significantly improving thermal comfort and heat-related illness and death there.
