A summary of 2012 activities and 2013 plans for the GSEP Cool Roofs and Pavements Working Group.  The Working Group met for the second time in New Delhi, India on October 3rd, 2012.  Participants included government officials, technical experts, academics, and representatives of industry and the green building communities from India, Japan, Mexico, South Africa, and the United States.   The Working Session was co-hosted by the US Department of Energy and the Indian Bureau of Energy Efficiency.
