A cost/benefit analysis of a proposed increase in the California Title 24 roof reflectivity requirement from SR 0.55 to 0.65.  The analysis is based on cost surveys of contractors, distributors, and manufacturers and modeled energy savings.  The report finds that the new cool roof reflectivity requirement of SR 0.65 is cost effective.
